What this service is

AquiConmigo.com, a service of TruePoint Agents, is a directory. Our mailing address is 117 Meadows St. PMB 80, Vidalia, GA 30474 and you can reach us at [email protected]. Legal notices go to [email protected].

We help you find local businesses; we are not plumbers, electricians or contractors, and we don't do the work.

The job itself is a contract between you and the business. We are not part of that agreement and take no commission on it.

What appearing here means

A business appearing in the directory is not a recommendation from us and not a guarantee of its work. Before you hire anyone, confirm licenses, insurance and pricing yourself.

Ads and paid results

Some businesses pay to appear higher. Those results always carry the “Sponsored” label.

Everything else is ordered mainly by how complete the profile is, with a small adjustment for details that match other public sources. Once a business has reviews or badges, those count too, and they count for more.

Banner ads, where we show them, carry the word “Advertisement” and are never mixed into the results list.

What the badges mean

“Serves customers in Spanish” goes only on a business we have spoken with and that has confirmed it to us. “Hispanic-owned” and “Verified” work the same way: we check them before they go on, and we keep a record of what we relied on.

Badges are not for sale. No plan includes or improves them. If we ever sold them, they would stop meaning anything.

Reviews

Write only about real experiences. Fake, paid, or self-written reviews — by the business or a competitor — are prohibited.

A business may reply to a review, but cannot hide or delete it, and paying us does not change that.

We may remove reviews containing abuse, other people's personal information, or spam.

If you own a business

By claiming a listing you state that you work at that business and can speak for it. Claiming someone else's business is grounds for closing your account.

You are responsible for your details being true: phone, address, hours and description.

Paid plans and cancellation

Plans are charged every month until you cancel. The price is shown to you before we ask for a card.

You can cancel any time from your dashboard: the button opens Stripe's billing page, where cancelling is one click, without calling anyone and without us putting obstacles in the way. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Paying improves your position and marks your listing “Sponsored”. It does not change your badges or your reviews.

We don't refund months already begun, except where the law requires it.

Tracking numbers

If we assign you a tracking number, calls go straight through to your phone. We do not record any call.

If your plan ends, the number stops being used and your listing shows your real phone again.

Where the directory data comes from

Businesses nobody has claimed yet come from open sources licensed for redistribution. They are listed at the end of this page.

If your business appears and you don't want it to, write to us and we'll remove it.

What you may not do

• Copy the whole directory or extract it by automated means.
• Publish false information about a business, yours or anyone else's.
• Use the site to harass anyone or to send unsolicited advertising.

Liability

We do our best to keep the data right, but we can't guarantee everything is always current, or that a business will do good work.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Changes

If we change something important we'll say so on the site and update the date. If you keep using the service afterward, we take that as acceptance.
